Run from this company. Terrible return policy and don't stand by their products. I only purchase because they had a 5 year warranty for the product. I spent $550 for what I thought was the best cover on the market based on what I was spending. At 2 years it started to tear.

They want to prorate a new one and want me to send them $350 for a new one. I would be in $900 for the cover in two years. That is $450 a year!!! Better off buying the cheap one for $100 and putting a new one on every year. Their customer service is an absolute nightmare and I can't get anyone to discuss the terrible customer service I continue to experience. Anyone at this company that reads this is welcome to contact me.
