My vessel documentation came due again and since I had not received a refund for my purchase about a year ago I was hoping that they would at least renew my vessel documentation. However, they would not stating that since I filed for a refund with my credit card company that I should be speaking with my 'Financial Institution' and not to reach out to them. I can only imagine that they are getting one more jab in. THIS BUSINESS IS DECEPTIVE AND, in my opinion, A SCAM!
They go to great lengths to make their website and, in my case, a written letter, look like an official government communication. If you look at their website you have to really look at the large image to realize that the logo and the ship shown are NOT USCG! Hope others don't get caught in the same SCAM! Good luck getting your money back they have this down to a science.
