Nationwide Management, Nationwide REO Services (Andrew Collins) Company charges $399.00 for REO listings and never gives you a listing Orlando Florida

I was contacted back in July 2021 by a man named Andrew Collins from Nationwide Management, an REO Service Company. He claimed he got my information from someone at Bank of America. I have dealt with BofA in the past with REO's and Short Sales so I thought this was ok. Andrew stated he wanted to give me several REO (Bank Owned Properties) to list. I said ok, great. He then asked me to pay up front costs of $399.00 for rekey services and eviction services. I thought I've got nothing to lose, Ill try this. Several months have past and he got me for several other charges as well. 

5 months later, no listings, no nothing. I have contaced my credit card company to dispute all of the charges and I will be making sure he NEVER does this to anyone else. This is a giant scam and nothing he has told me has any truth to it. 

The more I look into this company and apparently he has targeted others but I never saw any of this until recently. When I started to check out his claims about the homes being REO's they have valid NOD's filed against them and other liens so it looked legit at first. The more I look into this now, the more I see it was a giant scam.
