Nationwide Tax Advocates took my initial $500 fee (which varies as you can see from other negative reviews)  and sat on my account doing nothing as i racked up more liens and penalties. whos gonna pay these fees? not them . they cant seem to give me exact answers on reasons why dancing around thier error. this is ridiculous. i want my money back so i can go elsewhere some woman named Ed Faiez said its not within their refund policy . WHAT REFUND POLICY?   

I NEVER SAW OR SIGNED ANYTHING !!!    cant find this policy on any of my paperwork and they tuck it away somewhere to protect themselves when ripping people off.   They dont do anything more than what you can do yourself and hemn they charge you thousands pretending they helped you save so much.   when all that they might do is get some pensalties reduced that you can easily do yourself.     this entire business appears to be one BIG SCAM !!!!
