Natuzzi Furniture Horrible Workmanship Frisco, Texas

We bought a new couch for our living room from Natuzzi. It was not cheap ($4500) so we did not expect that the first time we sat down it sank (and stayed that way) like the cushions were made out of Wonder bread. 

Mistakes can happen so we contacted the store on Monday morning after a Saturday aftenoon delivery. We were referred to what I assume is a third party contractor. Well, it's been over four months and not one thing has been done to rectify the issue.

Everytime we contact Natuzzi they always fall back on "It was a special order so we cannot issue a refund." At the time of purchase we were told that all orders were "special orders" thus it is obvious that this is how Natuzzi gets to screw people over and never fix the issue.

Wal-mart has better quality furniture. Do not buy Natuzzi under any circumstaces because you will regret it.
