I worked for this company for 2 weeks, if that tells you anything. Immediately found some maintenance issues with the truck and trailer.  Also found some truck documentation missing, namely the IFTA registration and the registration for the trailer. Mr Neeley claimed he misplaced them, and he would  email me copies by Monday.  I started on a Friday.   I was never able to get those documents  from Mr Neeley despite repeated requests.  It would have been a major problem had I been inspected.

Had a tire blowout in Utah.  The tire was pretty badly shredded. I told Mr Neeley that it was a bad idea to move the truck any further with a tire in that condition.  He claimed the closest repair shop didn't have a service truck available, and I would have to drive it to the shop 16 miles away.  I drove the truck very slowly to the tire shop.  I asked if they had a service truck available,  and was told they did have one. It could have been sent to my location.  So Mr Neeley was lying to me to save a road service charge.  At this point I made my decision to quit.  

Now Mr Neeley is withholding my full final pay. He is attempting to add charges in direct violation of our agreement.  So I will be taking Mr Neeley and his company to small claims court in the near future.

I strongly suggest you avoid working for or doing business with this company or it's owner. Larry Neeley is a liar.
