Neon motorcycle (bank statement says Gloria Group LLC). I had an add pop up on Facebook, and I started filling out my information, then had a bad feeling about it so I backed out. NV

I soon recieved a text (or email, I can't remember right now, but I'm sure I saved it) which stated that I didn't complete my order, and offered 10% off. (Total was $72.00) I reluctantly ordered it on 5/4/19, and never recieved it. My 5 year old asks every day when it will arrive...I'm hoping I'll be reimbursed.

Neon motorcycle Gloria Group LLC They took my money, and failed to deliver the children's motorcycle. I apparently was the victim of a thief, or thieves. I have tried countless times to contact anyone, but the website isn't operating, and my computer warned me that my information was in jeopardy when I tried to communicate with whoever took my money.

I'm so disappointed, especially for my youngest son.  I was scrolling through the Facebook newsfeed, and a pop up add showed online, and my son saw the Neon motorcycle and begged me to buy it.  I had an odd feeling about it so I backed out after entering most of my information aside from my debit card numbers. 

The company contacted me back shortly to offer me 10% off,  which made the total  $72.00. I placed our order May 4th 2019, and delivery said 10-21 days. My bank statement confirmed the payment,  but we received nothing. 

After trying to contact anyone who could help, I have not been able to reach anyone,  nor is the website available. I'm upset, and would appreciate our money back so I can buy my son a bike that he's been looking forward to riding.  I hope whoever is stealing money will have punishment.  It's sad.
