Regarding:  Very Serious Complaint   Dear Mr. Jeff Hamilton:   Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You!   How is your day today in North York, Ontario  Canada and/or wherever else You Are In The World?   My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that I had bought Two (2) Of Your Nestle Aero Dark Cherry Truffles and Did Not Have A Very Good Eating Experience With Them!

  Their Taste Was Gross and Purely Disgusting and so was the Customer Service That I Had Received Over The Phone When I Called Up Your (800) 387-4636 On That Day Being Friday, November 29, 2019.   For Your Information:  I called up that Customer Service Phone Number Twice And Waited At Least 20 Minutes Or More On Each Call In Order To Get Somebody To Answer.  

Well, On The Very First (1st) Time, I Could Not Wait Any Longer Than 20 Minutes And Your Phone System Does Not Even Tell You How Long You Will Be Sitting In Cue For and So I Just Disconnected The Call And Tried Later On.   On The Second (2nd) Phone Call, I eventually Got A Female Customer Service Representative Who Was Not Very Pleasant At All To Deal With.  

She kept Falsely Accusing ME Of Either Yelling At Her and/or Talking Loud because I was Angry Due To The Fact That She Told ME During My Conversation That I Bought Two (2) Expired Nestle Aero Dark Cherry Truffles Chocolate Bars and Threatened To Not Replace Them For ME On A Recorded Line!   She even went on by Stating That Your Company Does Not Replace Expired Products!   I Would Like To Know Where It Says That About Nestle Canada Inc. Not Replacing Your Own Expired Products On Your Packaging and/or Website!

 It Sure Sounded Like She Made This Excuse Up On Her Very Own!   Excuse ME:   How The Hell Would I Know That I Bought Two (2) Expired Chocolate Bars Just The Other Day From A Local Shell Gasoline Station Located At:  4926 Bathurst Street, North York, Ontario  Canada  M2R 1X5  (416) 398-8467?  

I did Not Know That I Work For That Particular Store And That It Was My Prime Responsibility To Make Sure That Their Products Have Not Expired During My Purchase Which Is Extremely Absurd, Impractical and Ridiculous!   How Dare You Put Your Customer Through Such B.S. Just To Enjoy A Nestle Chocolate Bar That Tasted Horrible And Disgusting Anyhow!

  Moving Right Along:  After Arguing With Your Low Class, Female Representative And Threatening To Report Her For Offering ME Low Class, Below The Line, Customer Service, Filthy And Dirty Abuse, She Eventually Decided To Replace Them And Then Told ME That This Will Never Happen Again!   Well, Mr. Jeff Hamilton, I Will Tell You Something!   I Will Never Again Be Supporting Your Nestle Products From This Day Moving Forward!  

I Did Not Enjoy The Nestle Canada Inc. Customer Service Abuse and Mistreatment that I Had Just Received And Will Be Publishing My Very Negative And Truthful Reviews On To Major Social Media Websites For The World To Know On How Your Multi-Billion Dollar Company Treats Your Nestle Canada Inc. Customers Over The Telephone!

Looking for a new lawsuit??? Get a job and get a life. You complain about EVERYTHING that you claim is not good enough for you. PLUS you continue to insult people you feel are "beneath" you.

STOP and look in the mirror because it is not the people you deal with it is YOU who causes most of the problems. Grow up.

Let me get this straight. You bought two expired candy bars and now you want to blame Nestle because you didn't bother to look at the expiration dates on them?  Here's a suggestion. When you buy food products, ANY food products, it is always a good idea to check expiration dates.

It is not that hard to on a candy bar, it's right on the label. If you didn't have enough sense to do that, it is not Nestle's fault, and I don't blame them for not wanting to replace them. Go back to the retailer and get your refund and tell them to quit selling expired items.
