My wife and I hired New Hope Surrogacy and IVF Agency. And the main person who always communicated with us was a woman calling herself Julia Osiyevska, Director of the agency. We did not realize that New Hope is NOT a clinic and Julia was just a MIDDLEMAN.. After traveling to Ukraine and sending over $13,000 to Ukraine as per Julia's instructions, all was going well until covid-19 hit and we had a delay in payment. We also suffered one failed embryo transplant. That is when Julia's attitude changed with us.
She become rude and threatening. Telling us she will have her lawyer on us and report us to the U.S. Embassy for failing to immediately send her money. We were only late with additional payments by a few days and were getting plenty of money to pay the total cost. She then told us that she would give us time to submit more money in an email. But after we told her that we are also hiring a lawyer to protect our rights in Ukraine, she sent us another letter terminating our contract.
Since then our awesome Ukraine attorney fought tirelessly and successfully to get our embryos from the clinic Julia used to our new clinic. BEWARE of Julia. She is only a middleman and all about the money. She has no boss above her so her volatile emotional state could leave you high and dry and at great cost without checks and balances. I suggest you work directly with a registered clinic not a middleman like Julia.

Also, I highly suggest you hire a Ukrainian attorney to watch over your rights and guide you. They are affordable and here is one great Ukrainian attorney who helped us and who we found to be honest and ethical. Our attorney is reviewing possible litigation against Julia in Ukraine.
