DO NOT...i REPEAT... DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!! I had a full mouth of implants that are falling out...breaking off and simply look horrible!!! Now, this is an example of how horrible he and his staff are. After the third time (100% at my expense) I went back to repair some shotty work and the doctor had his dental assistants simply slap some cement in the opening and then said that over time...my tongue will smooth the rough application. Not to mention that the dentures are falling down and on one situation out!!
There is nothing you can do about the horrible service in San Jose...if you are an American. They could care less and to be honest they have a good laugh about how stupid Americans are. I never told them I understood Spanish...On the last visit, I learned how they talked about us!!!! DO NOT USE COSTA RICAN dentist...to be forewarned is to be for armed!!!!

RIGHT OF REPLY AGAINST PUBLIC DEFAMATION
We at New Smile Dental Group have been lately defamed by RICHARD KRUG, a former patient, through different websites and social media platforms.
Mr. Krug’s comments have been motivated to the fact that we have refused to continue treating his dental problems, because of serious issues regarding his behavior, which has been inappropriate, aggressive, and violent with our female medical staff. For this reason and taking into consideration that we at New Smile Dental Group strongly condemn any form of violence, especially against women, we have declined further treatment to Mr. Krug even though he still has pending financial obligations with our Clinic.
We have a zero-tolerance policy to violence against women, and we have already taken actions with corresponding authorities, and do not discard to take further legal and/or criminal actions.
