New Wave Energy Increased Electric bill by 63% without notice Buffalo New York

New Wave energy supplied electricity for my business for 2+years.  When the contract was 60 days prior to expiration, they are required to notify the customer that the contracy was about to expire.  They failed to do this. 

In May the $0.098 contracted rate ended and they applied their "non contract" rate $0.1599.  When I called and spoke to Melanie at extension 113, I was told they could offer me a contract at $0.123 for a year, but couldn't provide a refund for the past charges.  (They provided a refund in the past) In the end New Wave Enegry stole/ made an extra $700 at absoultely no cost to them.

I will be filing a claim with the Pensylvania PUC for their failure to notify.
