With the recent influx of “diversity” into the NYC Courts, especially the New York Civil Court located at 111 Centre Street, New York NY 10013, also comes the dumbest most lazy young judges and law clerks that NYC has ever produced.

Clearly this new class of judges and law clerks at 111 Centre Street, New York NY 10013 are beneficiaries of Affirmative Action wherein stupid idiot morons who could barely even spell, have now been catapulted into judge and law clerk positions where they rule on complex legal matters (and non-complex) screwing up decisions and the law, along the way.

For example, these new idiot judges and law clerks don’t even acknowledge or recognize basic common knowledge that a bankruptcy case and automatic stay AUTOMATICALLY stops the case from moving forward, pursuant to federal law 111 U.S.C. § 362.

But these dumb judges and law clerks bend over backwards not only to violate this federal law, but find weasel ways to keep these cases going against the poor, hapless, bankruptcy filer.

The blame must squarely fall on the current idiot leaders of the New York Civil Court, Chief Judges Carolyn Walker-Diallo and Shahabuddeen A. Ally, and Chief Law Clerks Alia Razzaq and Tanya Faye, clearly some of the stupidest judges and law clerks in the entire country.

This is what happens when you place unqualified morons into important positions in New York City government.
