In January of 2020 I purchased $751 dollars of their city passes for bus transportation and passes into 4 exhibits in New York for a scheduled trip in April of 2020.  I reserved early as our trip was planned for Easter Week.  This trip was with me and my Grandsons.  

Covid hit in March and all of our plans were cancelled.  When I notified City Pass that I wanted a refund they said I was just past the 90 day policy they have.  I explained that I would never rebook the trip as with the unrest in NYC I would not take responsibility for my Grandkids in that City.

I really feel they ripped me off by refusing to refund my money and they won't let me sell the passes and transfer them to someone else.  So I am out of  $751.00.
