We bought 2 twin xl mattresses to be used in a split king configuration. My wife and I both loved our new mattress for about the first 2 weeks. Then it seemed as if the inner materials must be failing already. Everyday we both woke up in more and more pain. It got to the point my wife hurt so bad in the morning she could barley walk and I was super stiff, but would loosen up and feel somewhat better after moving around awhile. It got to the point my wife started sleeping on the couch rather than her new $1000 mattress.
I requested a return 2 weeks ago today. They have yet to schedule the return and refund my purchase. A representative named Mathias just keeps giving me the run around about finding a charity for them to donate them to. I even offered to deliver them to a charity of their choice. They will not honor their satisfaction guarantee and will play games about returning your money. I will be filing BBB complaints today and contacting Visa to see if I have buyer protection. I have kept every communication as evidence. They should not be able to ship to areas that they are unable to honor thier guarantees.
