The order for the products were placed on 1/13/2020 using one of my bank cards. Then while checking my bank account charges, I discovered the same company had charged my account with additional unauthorized charges.
The first unauthorized charge was on 2/01/2020 in the amount of $89.71. The second unauthorized charge was on 2/03/2020 in the amount of $88.52. Apparently they had keep my bank card information that I had first submitted.
I contacted them by phone, 833-781-5533, they said that I had two weeks to cancel, or I would be charged the additional amount. That is a lie, there was no agreement as such to that. The man on the phone said they would credit back to my bank account $90.00 and no more. So I checked with my online bank account, and there was two $45.00 credit entry's. So later that same day I checked my bank account, and the two $45.00 credits were gone.
So that is when I contacted my bank and filed a complaint.

I ordered this also and they DID tell me I had to cancel within 2 weeks to not get any further charges.

The way free trials work is you pay shipping and handling for the product, However if you don't cancel within the specified time period (often 14 days) then you agree to join their monthly subscription notice. This is quite clearly spelled out in the Terms and Conditions section of their website.
If you don't cancel per their policy then they have your authorization to charge you each month. If you ordered from two websites they will charge you twice a month.
