They really seem like they were interested in helping but then the website has problems,  your time period is almost up, they know you won't give them anymore money,  you can never get anyone on the phone, and your time period is up and you have not made sales so you are no longer an Associate. There responses then are try the free sites, get a new email and website and start over! All your money is gone even though it is not NexGen fault because they are "tax preparers" and if the Business failed it is the web builders fault as I was told. 

They refused to give me a refund because they said they kept up with their part of the deal. I did some research and got word they are a scam company and have scammed lots of people out of lots of money. I just want my money back this company sets you up to fail and collects all the money!
