Back around December 21st, 2020 Nexo Finance liquated my holdings approx 14,000 XRP. for which I had taken a loan out using Nexo's services using XRP as my collateral. Nexo proceeded without any warning to liquidate my holdings and not allow me to repay my loan using my XRP.  The reason Nexo gave me for the liquation was for legal reasons and possible legal repercussions Nexo may face regarding the SEC V Ripple court lodged by Jay Clayton and the SEC due to Nexo claiming to be regulated. 

I have since discovered that infact at the time of the liquidation Nexo were not properly regulated and also went on to sell not just mine but all xrp they have taken from their customers.

I am wanting to get my XRP back plus interest and damages. I truely believe they acted in an illegal and dishonest manner.
