Their So Called I.T. Person Was Like Talking To A Zombie.  He Wanted To Get Through With The Call Instantly.  Both Kyle And This So Called I.T. Person Were Not Reachable Once They Took My Momey.  I Had Additional Questions Before Add Launch And They Acted Like I was Bothering Them.
