We met Nick at Mt Airy Casino a few years ago, I played cards with him on several occasions while playing he told me he won the NY lottery 3 times for 32 million dollars, I referred to him as the luckiest man, moving forward to November 2019, I wore a Mopar shirt and he said "Do you have a Hemi car?" I said no but I have a Superbird, he proceeded to tell me he had 3 along with hundreds of other cars, the batmobile, the flintstones mobile, the batcycle, batgirl cycle, robins cycle, bat boat, monkey mobile, many old mopars, and the Beach Boys Car signed by all the beach boys including Glen Campell.

He showed us pictures with him standing next to them.  Told us his wife Susan Revella, inherited a junkyard in Binghamton NY that she gave to him.  At this location there are hundreds of cars, he asked me to help him sell everything and he would give me half of the profits, he had a buyer for 6.2 million, but of course he decided to just sell everything himself.

He also told me that he had many Original Indian Motorcycles and parts, he had his men that work on the farm across from the junkyard put all the motorcycles and parts in numerous trailers and wanted me to buy a property to store them and sell, also telling me that I can keep half of the money.  We found a property in Quakertown, he spoke with the owner and they agreed on $850,000.00, he was going to pay cash, after many: the money is in a case, the case is coming (this was said at least 5 times), the case is here.

Told him he needed to have a cashiers check, the check was made out for the wrong amount, the check is made out, but interestingly every time we tried to set up a closing he: had to go to the VA, had to go to him Moms, had an appointment....this  venture never happened.  We also went to his shop R&T International where he had a 1974 Duster and an el camino.  Told me that my wife needed that Duster.

Also told me about a 1967 Corvette that was owned by a friend he was in Vietnam with that passed away, sold it to me for $3000 the amount he paid for the headstone for his friend, a 1970 GTX convertible that he was storing for an old man $7500 for that car, $8000 for the Duster, we gave him Cash at his shop, the only car we have is the Duster, he keeps telling me that the cars are in a trailer, they will be here, blah blah blah.

He told me that he has a 1970 GTO convertible that he wants me to have, I paid for a timing chain and gear set that was sent to him from Summit Racing delivered to his shop, but have never seen the car.  He told my stepson that he wanted him to have a camaro, he also said that he has many brand new scooters, louis vittone handbags and rolex watchs he wanted me to sell, never saw any of these.

He said he had a bag of diamonds that he wanted my girlfriend to have a 5 carat diamond, but never saw these, but he did go so far as to have an appointment made with his jeweler but of course he had to cancel.  He said he ordered an enclosed trailer for my stepson, we paid $2200 cash but that was never delivered.

He offered me to buy his 2017 Toyota Tacoma for $6500, I paid him cash on January 3, 2020, paid for a tonneau cover $302 dollars, when I went to his shop to pick up they were detailing it, then he calls me a couple days later and said he had to file for a duplicate title, (did my own research and still owes money on it), so NO truck. I gave him 2 pickup trucks.  I took a pickup to his shop to be fixed, he told me that they would fix for free.  When I went to pick it up 2/1/2020 they charged me over 800 dollars, when trying to get hold of Nick he wouldn't answer his phone.

I texted his girlfriend Min, she said he was with his wife.  As of today February 9 I still haven't heard from Nick and the truck is still at his shop.  As for business ventures, he told me he owned an oil company.  He told me that he buys millions of gallons of oil each year and would sell it to me for 99cents a gallon, he would trailer it to my shop in the poconos and we would bring it to a thru put near colmar.

I put stone down at my shop made sure they could get in and out, but of course that never transpired.  He said he owns many triaxles, trucks businesses, etc, he doesn't own anything, not even that house he lives in, his wife does.  He has filed bankruptcy at least 2 times.  I drove him around, which i now know was just a stall tactic, the elaborate lies he tells to so many is mind blowing.

I will expose him for the Fraud he is.  He also gave me a trailer and a 1969 Roadrunner that is not road worthy because it set up for racing only.  He told me an elaborate story that he ran it at Island Raceway and New Media raceway but we can't find any records, also he said it had a hemi but its a 440 and the vin shows it was never a hemi.

We were supposed to trade my 1974 Road runner in mint condition and a 1968 Plymouth Barracuda also in mint condition, these were given to him in January 2020 for trade for the 1970 GTO, 1970 Challanger and supposedly a Hemi Road Runner he has, (he wanted me to include my tow truck and 1956 chevy pickup, thank god I didn't give them to him they are worth $125000).  I know after reading previous rip off reports on him and also doing my own back ground check, which includes being arrested for impersonating an FBI agent, he told us that his father was a federal judge, which according to his obituary he was a retired dock worker from NY.

He also told us that his brother lived next to Gene Simmons mother and he was at his brothers funeral and stays at his house when he is on the east coase on tour, he told us that he is a vietnam veteran that was shot 5 times and was  prisoner of war for 90 days, that he is a retired NY state trooper, that his grandmother was owner of Momma Leone's restaurant in NY city, but we can't find any of this to be true.

The list goes on and on, and we will do everything in or power to stop this lunatic.  Oh he is getting divorced, says he has been married 5 times.....but he spends the weekends with his wife in the casino and the weekdays with his girlfriend Min....he says he bought her a house and put a million dollars in an account that she cant touch....pays all her bills.  But she said that he pays for half of her bills, she is on the payroll.

She told me that he offered to fix her sons car, she gave him over 2000 from a winning at the casino but he won't fix it without more money from her.  She sat in my kitchen crying saying that he is controlling and that none of what he tells will transpire.
