The Nick Shivers Team is an active part of an illegal real estate price-fixing scheme. A class action lawsuit has been filed against 4 national brokerages, including Keller Williams, the Nick Shivers Team broker.
The conspiracy has inflated buyer broker commissions, which, in turn, have inflated the total commissions paid by home sellers, who have incurred, on average, thousands of dollars in damages as a result of this illegal price-fixing.
Sellers have been cheated in real-estate broker commissions and the attorneys are fighting right now to recover overcharges. When entities arrange together to rig prices, or control a market, consumers always lose.
