Between April 2023 and July of 2023 while I was incapacitated in the hospital ICU, Ms. Concepcion stole my debit card and vehicle, and assumed my identity on the Door Dasher mobile application and began fraudualently earning revenues and presenting herself as me to customers.  Ms. Concecpcion had previously been denied by Door Dash as a Dasher. Ms. Concepcion systematically drained my bank account, timing the ATM withdrawls for the day when my disability check would be auto-deposited into my account so that none of my auto-drafted bills would be paid and lessen the amount of money available.  Ms. Concepcion stole my vehicle and had a collision without insurance or a driver's license with another motorist which went unreported.  The crash was so substantial that the airbag deployed.  Ms. Concepcion taped the deployed airbag to the steering wheel and continued driving the car.  Ms. Concepcion refused to pay any compensation for the damages to the vehicle or 1099 tax liabilities accrued from the stolen mobile application.  This is not unlike a previous case filed in San Diego Superior Court in which Ms. Concepcion caused over $3,400 in damages to a vehicle and refused to pay for any repairs.  Ms. Concepcion failed to show up on the court date and a default judgement was awarded to the plaintiff in this case.  Ms. Concepcion is very dishonest and misrepresents herself to employers.  Ms. Concepcion has only achieved a junior high education, yet boasts a high school diploma and beyond in some cases  in order to impress others or gain employment.  Ms. Concepcion is a con artist and displays character traits of a covert narcissist, and frequently targets men with expensive vehicles and coerces them to give her cash and gifts and allow her to drive their vehicles until they are wrecked or impounded, all without a driver's license or insurance.  Ms. Concepcion has 3 DUI's and 2 child endangerment charges on her record as well for driving drunk with small children in the vehicle.  She coerced a judge in the Vista court to not require her to undergo manadatory incarceration for her crimes.  Ms. Concepcion failed to complete her DUI education classes and continues to drink and operate vehicles.  Ms. Concepcion often portrays herself as a victim of domestic abuse even though there has been no evidence of such in an effort to gain community resources and elecit sympathy from authorities, particularly law inforcement and community groups.  Ms. Concepcion frequently defamates the character of others in order to invlidate their claims of abuse and deflect her responsibility in causing extensive financial damage and character assassination.
