Nikolai Valenti Sent a piece of jewlery I agreed to pay $1.00 for and two pieces I did not agree to receive and charged me 49.98 because I didn't send them back within two weeks. Plano Texas

While on the internet I received a pop-up showing a pendant for $1.00.  I took advantage of the offer on 12/09/2020.  I used my PayPal account to pay the 1.00+.46.  I received the pendant plus two other pendants of different colors.  I thought they must be very cheap if they could afford to send three pendants.

On 1/15/2021 I checked my email and found one from PayPal stating there was a charge of $49.987 from Nikolai Valenti.  When I called them I was told I had agreed to receive the other two pendants and, would send them back within two weeks if I decided not to keep them.  Should I keep them I would pay $24.99 each.  I do not recall any such agreement and I cannot prove it, nor can the company prove I did agree.  I ask them to refund the $49.98 but, of course, they refused.  All they would do is cancel my account.

I remember a time when something was received that was not ordered it was yours to keep without having to pay for it.  The BBB has 205 complaints against this company,  What can I do to get my money back?
