Let me preface this by saying that this was not my first purchase over at Lexus of Woodland Hills. This time around I had a particular car in mind. I worked with Nikolay Oparin, who unfortunately I found to be a typical dishonest used car salesman. Here is what happened. I knew the car that I wanted and did much of the work over text with Nikolay. My credit app was done over my phone as was all the details. Not once was anything actually written out for me. Since this was an internet special, there wasn't even a price negotiation. Anyway, Nikolay proceeds to tell me about the warranty, the L/C warranty, etc. Then says something along the lines about "Perma Plate" as a sealer and that they are putting it on for me. I thought nothing of it. Then when it came time to do the contract there was no printed paperwork at first. Everything was signed on a digital pad. Once everything was digitally signed they printed the paperwork and put it in a folder. I get back to my office on Monday and pull out what was printed and notice a $1,500 charge for this Perma Plate nonsense. Mind you this was not a lease, but a purchase. I would never add that on, especially at that cost. I communicated my position to Nikolay and he basically got defensive and then ignored me. Buyer BEWARE of Nikolay and Lexus of Woodland Hills. I will NEVER go back to them, which is unfortunate as this was my second of what would have been many future purchases.

No, Next Time Use COMMON SENSE!!!

What in the world is wrong with you people??? You come here to cry, whine and stomp your feet because of these alleged "hidden charges". You come here to FREELY ADMIT you signed agreements which YOU DIDN'T READ! If you saw there was nothing on this tablet about pricing, WHY DID YOU AGREE TO IT? "Hidden charges" is a term used to deflect the real situation. When somebody is so stupid as to NOT read what they are agreeing to, that's the terminology they use to blame the other entity for their own stupidity and complete lack of common sense. Anybody with half a brain would have put the tablet down and either demand to see the prices and/or terms and conditions and if not provided, then WALKING OUT! No, I don't work for them and don't waste your time writing back about "the virtues of trusting someone". You can ONLY trust someone or some entity you have a PROVEN TRACK RECORD WITH showing they are trustworthy. Enjoy your car!
