I was employed by NIPCAM Group for approximately three years, consistently working over 55 hours per week without receiving lawful overtime pay. Despite not having true management authority, I was misclassified to evade wage laws. When I raised concerns about unpaid overtime and employee misclassification, I was abruptly terminated via text message.

Leadership, including Sean Nolan, Maxcy P. Nolan III, Brett Nolan, and Hank Oliver, were aware of these practices and participated in retaliation. I strongly urge potential employees, customers, and regulators to investigate NIPCAM’s business practices.
