Chad Vella came to my house for a fence quote... kept looking at me up and down, kept asking for a hug. this man is kreepy .. he over charged me for the job that never got done with proper permits and does s**+**y work.
I kept turning him down for a date...ladies please dont use this man... he will not return my phone calls.. i have a open permit with town and he did the fence all wrong. I finally had to hire someone else to come fix hi f*ck ups.. $4100.. later on a $13000.00 dollar job. What a sleezy man.
Please beware of this man. I think he was arroused because he kept wanting hugs. I dont know, all I do know is this man is not a nice man in the long run... does s**+**y work... only wants to date you if your pretty and doesnt answer the phone once he has your money..
