ONTAP Noah Max and Jason Harold from Ontap Stole my commission and did 3 backdoor deals Concord Ontario

Noah Max at OnTap was my ISO rep. He denied renewals multiple times, stating that the file was “too early” for renewal. Noah ignored me for months — no callbacks, no replies to texts or emails.

Long story short, I eventually got paid, but I’m 100% sure it wasn’t paid in full. They renewed the file three times without informing me (and, of course, didn't pay our commissions), and there were another three renewals where the funded amounts were significantly higher than what I was told.

How do I know? The same merchant came back to me requesting a line of credit through another lender and shared a full year of bank statements — which clearly revealed all the transactions.

I spoke with one of the owners, Jason Harold, who claimed the merchant asked not to work with me anymore and provided a breakdown of what commissions I was supposedly owed. I confronted the merchant, who told me he never made that request — only that he had emailed them directly, which they used as an excuse to cut me out. So clearly, both parties were acting in bad faith.

Be careful working with them. I only managed to recover part of the commissions thanks to Maria Pappas, who had helped me in the past with a similar situation involving another lender.

Noah, if you're reading this — I hope karma finds its way back to you. You acted like a thief.
