Noble Public Adjusting Group Misrepresented services and changed quote Panama City Beach Florida

I have asked for a release from a contract signed/notarized on 2/13/25 with Noble r/t to breach of contract and also nondisclosure of an additional 20% for legal fees per my conversation with Emile Wolfaardt. Noble is now asking for 40% of the claim if/when it is recovered, which is not customary and certainly not an agreed-upon amount, as the contract clearly states the agreed-upon price was 20% of the recovered claim with Allstate. When I spoke with Emile about being released from the contract with Noble, r/t him not disclosing the 20% additional charge for one of their attorneys, he said there would be a "fee" to be released from the contract with them but never told me what that was. I have asked 4 times to be released from this contract and requested that this company no longer contact Allstate or do any work towards this claim on our behalf. I asked for the release from the contract and have not heard back from anyone.

The estimate they provided also seems incredibly high, as I have had other companies come in to provide estimates that were considerably less than the 92K Noble estimate, and don't know if this would be considered insurance fraud. Noble has explained that Allstate has denied our claim and that we would have to pay either 20% (so a total of 40%) more for their attorneys to continue to try to resolve the claim or 3k out of pocket for appraisals- none of those fees were disclosed or discussed at the signing of the contract. When I explained to Emile that he never discussed an additional 20% to hire one of their attorneys he responded saying "Wouldn't you rather get 60% of something rather than nothing?' I explained that I wanted to rescind the contract during that phone call, and have asked at least 3 other times to have this contract rescinded, but the company is not responding.
