This store has really bad management by the name of Michelle Johnson and Ashley Hemming which is probably not her real name. They throw customers orders directly in the trash, I have noticed on five diffrient occasions. There employees have had Covid but won't reveal which ones had it.
The people who bring thier mail or UPS items to get delivered have no idea if there packages get tampered with, sent out or something else. It is a very untrustworthy store. The managment team will slander and lie about anything at a drop of a hat.
The Central manager Michelle Johnson is a liar and a conartist who cannot be trusted. They support people shoplifting at Nordstroms, and to come into the store to get a refund on a item through a gift card. BUYER BEWARE-Do not use this service.
