Norstar Trailers, LLC IRONBULL Verified the warranty, then cancelled it after work was performed at their Authorized Dealer Brookston Texas

Bought this trailer at auction 3/2020.  Registered and received the warranty on this trailer.  Had a rear axle seal on the passenger side leak at less than 1000 miles, no heavy loads.  Wrote and received verification that the seal and labor is covered under warranty, but had to use their Authorized Dealer.  Took it to their Dealer, and they repaired the trailer. 

They called and told me I owed the bill, due to Norstar stating that the warranty was voided due to this trailer was bought at auction.  The paperwork and Norstar itself showed the trailer under warranty, but cancelled it AFTER the repair at their Authorized Dealer.  Without being in writing, this cancellation was unwarranted, thus costing their Authorized Dealers and this UNPROFESSIONAL company any further business. 

Was Lied to by the company representatives and after the cancellation, refuses to communicate!  BUYER BEWARE ... Very nonprofessional business with warranties not worth the paper it is written on!
