North West College unethical drop of nursing school Van Nuys CA

As of april 2019 ive been dropped from North-West in van nuys, It was a very unjust decision by a vindictive instructor. I was a straight A student the whole term. I was constantly labeled disruptive because she was constantly cheating during the Hesi exams giving out answers and helping her favorite students she was told a group of boys kept cheating and she ignored it.

It was a disadvantage to the ones that were trying to become LVNs because he had to carry the weight of the class. she gave homework during remediation hours, that I couldnt attend because of my job. She was very strict with me but leniet with a handful of students that shouldnt of made it pass term 1. She was very unprofessional.

The director of Nursing Ardvella was just as bad. She is just not a perosn who should be working with people who are trying to better their futures. many times she was seen belittling other instructors or the LVN students who needed copies for their homework. There was no help ever. I was told I was late on homework or it wasnt turned in but i refused to sign the paper because I was the one doing my homework during clinicals and I had expressed to my teacher that there was glitched but I was ignored several times because she holds grudges tried to set me as an example. When she dropped me it was with no explanatin and no one reviewed her gradebooks. My last term test was a high B. I Aced all my test and work. 

 She announced to the class smiling that even a straight A student could be dropped. Most of my classmates can vouche for me. as most were very distraught that I was gone. theyre all willing to write letters and so were the RN s i worked with at the clinical sites, theyre all waiting for me to be licensed so i could work with them.

A month after I was dropped she had a student get dropped for lack of homewokr and she got him back stating she miscalculated. which she always did because math wasnt her strong area. I showed the class to round and find the times for medication. 

 Ive tried talking to the DON, the campus director before she was fired and now the new director. Its all fallen on deaf ears and they dont reply to emails. I just spoke to Tony the new director since I left because we had a meeting in October and Ive yet to hear from him. I called the school and lied to who i was so i could speak to him. Its not fair all my classmates are now LVN and im still waiting to start school. 

 Im looking to get this resolved by not havimg to complete term 3. I would like a lawyer or someone who can help direct me towards this issue. i want to finish so i can become an LVN.
