Ike Paz, the owner/developer of the company/software product refused to honor a "paid in full" product purchase even when presented with a screenshot of the promised price for his pro platform, insisted that the price had changed 3 weeks ago and that he would not honor the price even though there was clear evidence that that's what I was promised.. and when I identified myself and explain the situation in detail, including that I am a disabled retired US Army veteran, he became even more condescending and apathetic to the facts. When I explained to him that at the very least this was extraordinarily bad customer service, and at the very worst financial / internet fraud, he became even more condescending and impertinent... Although I was not asking for it, he kept stating that I was not deservative any special treatment, which of course I was not asking for, I was only asking for him to provide what I had paid for which would have been so simple for him to do, yet he chose to let his ego get in the way of conducting proper customer service...
