Upon inspecting the AC units in this home I found dark mold in the vents and near the unit. Upon speaking to the renter whom is an elderly woman I learned that the place was rented by landlord in this condition. She said it was not disclosed and the home is in foreclosure.
I checked the records and saw this home listed again for rent and records show an action from Deutshe bank against Yigal Gavirgun and Tally Gawergun on the property. 7849 NW 113th Way, Parkland, FL 33076 is in Foreclosure per records.
I am tired of seeing elderly taking advantage of. These people should get in trouble for this.
