NY Art Forensics Thiago Piwowarczyk Jeffery Taylor They took my $5,900 to Authenticate a painting. Brooklyn NY

I emailed with Jeffery Taylor for months. Jeffery wanted $5,000 to Authenticate my painting. 

Then he sent me to Thiago Piwowarczyk. He wanted $5,900. To Authenticate my painting. 

I wired the money from bank to bank. Then filled out his forms on-line. After doing that, the two emails merged as one.

I thought I was duped then.  Then Thiago said he would get right on the scheduling.  

No word for 13 days. I emailed Thiago and said "you've had plenty of time to figure out a time to fly here".  He emailed back and scheduled September 3, 2024. 

Text, he was in town.  Text, his Luggage lost. Gonna be late.  Really thought I was duped.  

Finally showed.  Was here, at my house for hours in 110 heat. Then was gone. 

I emailed him the first of every month.  Letting him know, I'm still here waiting.  

Then, I hear from him.  Suspence and anticipation, we are working quickly, without compromising the results.  That was the end of September.   

January 2, 2025, he texts.  Report coming up. Trying to improve the results, with solutions, to the issues found.  I insist we look further.  

It's not uncommon for an investigation to take this long. Also, we had "unforeseen difficulties" that were out of our control. But we are resolute on our commitment. It will be ready as fast as we can. 

And that was the end of his communication.  That was the last I heard from him. Now it's Mid May and does not return text or emails.  

Then I find an, Art Magazine article. That NY Art quoted a price on a painting, that was never authenticated.  Thiago denied he did that.. 

Then I filed a Better Business Burea report on Fraud. They said he was "no long at that address". And to file a report with the government.  This is next best thing. 

I was going to go with Mark Winter. Now I see he has a complaint in here too. So that ends that. 

Ever since the art fraud.  In the movie " Made you look".  Can we not find a reputable person to check out our works. Without being ripped off? What gives?

I want my $5,000 back.  I don't mind paying his airfare.
