Oak Street Health Discrimination, conspiracy, and fraud...Oak street health refused to administer medication Chicago Illinois

Once again as a 66 year old African American male. Susceptible to many conditions and medications. I must write and reveal the harsh realities of not learning ones own medical condition. The "Oak street health clinic" is discliminatory, deceptive, and apart of a conspiracy that could in many cases lead to a fatality. I/we respect the doctors/practitioner and trust their decisions in regards to our health. I first went to this clinic in November 2024. At that time a Dr. by the name of Rebecca Levine was assigned. Dr. Levine pretty much stereotyped me from the very beginning. A young caucasian woman with a purpose. And that's fine. As long as I can write in details what transpired and what was said behind closed doors. A licensed physician who says that she could not disperse my medication because it is a controlled substance. A medication called tramadol. A medication that I have been taking for almost 10 years. However, the conspiracy transcend when the pain clinic Humboldt Park health 1044 N. Francisco Chicago Illinois 60622 administers another medication to me called "Celecoib" an anti inflammatory drug (NSAID). Susceptible to me and a substitute for another drug called Celebrex. The side effects are possible kidney and liver damage. Heart attack/strokes. The Doctor did not disclose these side effects I had to do my own research to also find out that the FDA found error in the Celebrex but I guess for kick backs they came back and marketed under another name. Furthermore, the plot thickens. My condition since 2010 is/was diagnoised as being Spinal stenosis and spondylolysis from 3 former doctors reading from xrays from the radiologist. I listen well. I also have 3 bulging disc, severe cartilage damage causing severe pain. A recent radiology report by referring physian Christina Chandayan Handayan 2/14/2025 states the total opposite but that my condition is also mild (anterolisthesis) . Signed by Anthony B. Hmmm....today I am having a problem getting my medication by Dr. Margaux Dechambre who mysteriously transferred to somewhere else. I guess she did not wanna be apart of the corruption. You have a license. You have an obligation and a duty to service the public. For whatever reason you decide to compromise your license and your training.
