     This business was hired to build an outdoor kitchen in my home. We have had kitchen built however, its full of defects. The outdoor kitchen is less than 1-years old. Issue Presented: - Barbecue was NOT installed properly and contractor has had to use shims to basically prop up the unevenness of the units installation.

The shims are 100% visible since the contractor decided to gloss over the shims. - Concrete Counter tops have commenced pealing. They were not stained, sealed nor gloss properly. The installer was glossing and sealing while it was raining.

I had commented that it needed to wait however, they continue by saying not to worry the gloss is water based. - Kegerator was NOT installed properly per manufacturer specifications. The contractor failed to install side panel stainless steel fillers. Spoke to manufacturer and they said it was not installed properly. -

Burners were NOT installed properly they had to shim the unit as well to prop it up. You can visually see the unevenness. The contractor has repeatedly given my wife and I excuses as well as commitments that have gone unfulfilled. I even wrote a bad review on google local business page.

Once contractor was aware of the review he contacted me stating "why did you not give me a chance to repair or remedy" which is foolish since contractor basically just talks and lacks substance or action to make the repairs. I had decided to give them one more shot removed the review and once again no action just talk without action - not even coming to my home to make repairs after stating that he would.

I believe I have given this company able time to make the repairs and have been given no other choice but to formally submit this BBB complaint. Lastly, as of today I looked up the business via SunBiz and can see that they are not legally able to do business as Oasis Outdoor Patio Furniture, LLC since its dissolved. Sunbiz has dissolved the company "Admin Dissolution." This business is not even official.
