OBD2Buy.com Website stock and delivery date as well as stated shipping times are lies, fake shipping notice

Order an item on the site after confirming availabilty and shipping speed. After paying order maked shipped. Chatted to get a tracking number, was told they don't have all the parts to ship. I asked what was marked as shipped, said all orders are marked shipped and then figured out later. Refused to lower shipping because of delay. Website and support both lie to shoppers. Refunded purchase but would not honor promised timeline of delivery.
