This dealership deserves Zero stars . Beware of this used car dealership, particularly our experience with Cyrus, who facilitated the sale of a 2011 Range Rover Sport on 1/25/2024. Our encounter was not just disappointing, but downright unpleasant and scary. Cyrus lacked integrity, accountability, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and business acumen in handling customer issues and finding mutually satisfactory solutions.

Our troubles with the vehicle began immediately after purchase, escalating into a series of frustrating and hazardous incidents:

1. The registration never arrived as expected, leading to a $27 replacement fee from the DMV.
2. Overpaid fees were never refunded, despite automated USPS notifications confirming no mail delivery from the dealership.
3. During a trip to San Diego, the entire electrical system failed, necessitating a tow and subsequent replacement of the alternator and battery. Inspection revealed grave safety violations, including a dangerously worn rear passenger tire, mismatched tires, unsafe brakes, an oil leak onto the catalytic converter, and a severe coolant leak, requiring significant repairs for safe operation.
4. The dashboard, missing its leather cover and exposing the airbag, was promised repair by Cyrus on 4/11 but was refused when we arrived, wasting our time and effort.

When we raised these concerns with Cyrus, his response was shockingly unprofessional. He reacted defensively, became irate, and resorted to verbally abusive and condescending behavior, refusing to honor his promise of repairing the dashboard.

This dealership's unethical practices and mistreatment of consumers are unacceptable. We have filed complaints with the DMV and the Better Business Bureau, and we urge others to exercise caution when dealing with this dealer.

Really?

It's a 13 year old Rover. They are notoriously unreliable even when new, and unlike fine wine, cars do not get better with age. Alternator, battery, brakes, and tires are maintenance items. You could (and should) have checked them before you bought the car. And oil leaks? Give me a break. There isn't a 13 year old car out there that doesn't have oil leaks. Major coolant leaks are also usually very obvious. You can usually smell the coolant as soon as you open the hood. As far as the dashboard, you should have had them complete the repair before agreeing to purchase the vehicle. Once you sign on the dotted line, it's yours in whatever condition it was in. They don't owe you anything unless it's written into your sales contract.

A Comedy of Errors

Did you even for one split second think you should do some research on this car or was it your tongue was just hanging out for this problem car? Guess what? It is a WELL KNOWN PROBLEM CAR! Secondly, YOU fully admitted here YOU OBSERVED problems inside the car! YOU KNEW THERE WERE PROBLEMS but that tongue was hanging out, wasn't it?

You "just had to have this stupid car, no matter what", right? Did you get a warranty with this thing? If not, you bought it AS IS and if YOU would have used COMMON SENSE you would have READ the paperwork BEFORE you agreed to its terms! Nope! You just had to have THAT car, no matter what! If you had any FINANCIAL COMMON SENSE, you would have researched this car and NEVER went there to start with. If you had and FINANCIAL COMMON SENSE, you would have WALKED OUT when you saw the dashboard torn apart! "Financial Common sense"??? Oh no....you just had to have THAT car! How STUPID does it get???1
