My business partner and I entered into 2 separate contracts with OG10kTech aka William D Taylor Sr Inc.

8/27/21 for 100 3080ti’s and 9/20/21 for 139 3080ti’s. 

Totaling $471,861.00

We agreed to trade 11 of our RT 6900 cards for 11 3080ti’s to keep it simple on the build of the rigs. Simple it has not been. 

In our contract (see attached documents) both “7.) ..in stock, and 8.) …shipped within 10 business days.” 

We are still missing cards. In fact, we were told in November 2021 from William, some of our cards are being mined currently at his facility without the revenue coming to us.

To date - the start of our cards that were received, improperly and cheaply put together on rigs was 10/20/21 and it was only a few. 

William D Taylor had to hire an outside source to finish his job (thats still not complete to this day)(and who he has failed to pay!). 

Still - to date 1/5/22 we are 35 3080ti’s short and half of our cards are not working. 

William D Taylor doesn’t care about his clients or future business. He is a fraudster, done time in federal prison (its a good read - google it) and seems he still hasn’t learned his lesson. Now he’s moved to wire fraud.

My business partner and I are in the hole $75,000 and as of 1/3/21 he blocked both of our phone numbers. His phone rings fine when we call from other phones. He hasn’t delivered cards to another group that is also in Texas.
