Regret working with this company, red flag, waited over 6 months to hear a ridiculous over quarter million quote for a small deck repair, 22 ft² pool house and shingle replacement. for them to start projects, finally got the quote. Major first problem, Titus up for 6 months, so don't agree to go with a general contractor without getting the plans and quote first.
Wasted so much of our time just to hear an over double priced quote for a roof, compared to all 4 other bids, in fairness owner did say they do not like doing shingles.
This was followed by a quadruple price-gauging for a 15x30 ft. deck and 22 square pool shed - Grand total 283k!
Pictures and screenshots to share upon request. Do not give this company your business, waiting over a month to get half of hand money back, 10k.
