OneShare Health One Share Health OneShareHealth Company Took My Money Without My Consent, Refuses To Acknowledge My Cancellation Irving Texas

I was referred to this company when asking about health insurance and spoke to a representative at-length about their health insurance coverage. Upon speaking with the rep and at the conslusion of our conversation, I was asked for my bank account info and was told I would be sent a form that I'd have to fill out, which would be followed by a phone call that would be recorded to confirm my account.

Needless to say, I never even opened the email with the application that was sent to me as I decided against it, later sending the rep an email telling her thanks for her time but I had decided not to go through with the application, which she acknolwedged. Later, I discovered that OneShare Health had charged me nearly $700 as though I had signed the application. I emailed them asking why and they sent me a form to fill out along with instructions on an email to send my filled-out application to.

I completed this process last Friday 11/21 and emailed them several times to inquire on its progress. They finally replied this morning (11/26) asking what I wanted. I called them and after a long process of me going through a cancellation process, I was told by the rep that she didn't handle cancellations and that the team responsible wasn't available to speak with me. So once again, my attempts to cancel my account were thwarted. And now the company once again refuses to respond to my emails.

So the company signed me up without my completed application and now refuses my "cancellation" request, stealing my money and ignoring me.
