ONLINETIRES.COM SLOW IN ISSUING CREDIT CARD CREDIT

ORDERED AND PAID FOR TIRES ONLINE ON 24TH

WAS CONTActed on the 24th that the tire were not in stock, I told them to cancel order and credit my card. they said ok. on Dec 2nd i called and said my order has not been credited they said "it could take 24 hours" I asked form the 24th? it has been a week.

they said they will put thru again and accounting can take a day or two? really! you were happy to charge my card the very instant I placed the order but now you want to hold it. NO way I filed a claim with my card and it is in process. on the 2nd as of Dec 3rd still no credit.

sounds like a shady organization . ishould have known after I saw all the cheap crappy tire brands on the site. hardly any Goodyear, BF Goodrich FIrestone Michelin which are well know USA Brands
