I purchased wigs from onlywig online they offered buy two get one free. They boasted lace human hair wigs. When they arrived I was extremely disappointed and wrote the following email. I asked them to contact me with the return information. So that I could properly return the merchandise, three wigs, so that I could properly  request a refund as soon as possible. I wrote to them on May 20, 2021 as of May 21st 9:13 pm I have not heard from them. 

Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased wigs from your company in good faith believing that they were laced as advertised. I also believed that the hair was non synthetic or not overly shiny and false looking. I received my package today. My order number is D47UOX34276. Upon removing the first wig I was overwhelmed by the overly shiney effect of the hair which reminds one of the wax that .45rpm records used to be made of. There was no lace and the front did not sit correctly. The back of the wig barely covers the cap. The second wig did have better coverage in the back but the front looks so inferior. The third wig is blond or the lightest brown which I just do not like and did not even take it out of the wrapper. I can not wear these wigs.
I am requesting a full refund immediately. Please send return instructions ASAP.
