Optimum services workers illegally opened my gate, trespassed on private property and did work. There were 2 cars in my driveway, a ring doorbell and they didn't ask for permission. They don't ask Black people for permission in black communities, they just do what they please it's happened more than twice. They had their equipment by my vehicles, jeopardize my dog and 10 year old kid that be in the back yard playing. Once I asked them to leave, they told me no! Once they're done with the job. One worker even called another person to watch his back on my property. I recorded everything, and will be reporting this illegal activity to the authorities
