Ordered from this company received no order number, no receipt from them after payment (my PP receipt does not have their name on it) and an attachment that wouldn't open and alerted as unsafe. After a week of no contact and no product (the business is 45 minutes from me and advertise shipping in 2-3 days), I sent a contact form that limited your input....

" It has been a week since I paid for an order that I received no order number for. The attachment will not open. Is it normal for you to charge people and provide no receipt? It takes a week to mail a decal? Please check into this"

Their reply...

You were sent a receipt by PayPal the moment you placed your order.

At times yes, it does in fact “take a week to mail a decal.

I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy and felt the need to send us a condescending email. To ensure you don’t have any further bad experience with us, I’ve cancelled and refunded your order. Anybody who sends us a snotty over a decal isn’t somebody we want to represent our brands."
