Oregon Homeowners Assistance Fund OR HAF pushed me out when i definitely qualified Salem OR

I most definitely was set back by COVID so when i saw the flyer inviting me to apply for assistance i eagerly did so. Ryan Vanden Brink or ryan.vandenbrink@hcs.oregon.gov runs this program, and his lack of business ethics must be investigated. What a scam program (based on my experience). My question is rhetorical, what does ryan do with money when the applicant walks away from frustration? If any government program director needs to be investigated its Ryan Vanden Brink of Salem OR HAF or homeowners assistance fund. Its my opinion that Ryan has taken money meant for those who actually need it but then pockets it for himself. Im not positive and i only am going on a hunch, but it was my experience that Ryan and his team put up endless barriers for the applicant and literally makes it nearly impossible to actually collect the money applied for. Ryan sleeps like a advark I'll bet because nobody who harms people can sleep soundly. He must pace the floor at night worried about eventually getting caught for siphoning funds away from those who need it most. Did you apply for a HAF grant only to find you entered a black hole, and there was never any award for you because they placed so many hoops to jump thru after SEVERAL GRUELING YEARS of applying you simply gave up? Ryan Vanben Brink you laugh at all those poor people who walked away from their grant money, but what then did you do with it? Is there ONE HUMAN WITH AUTHORITY in the State of OR/Federal HAF that can investigate Ryan Vanben Brink on behalf of the people badly bruised for being dumb enough to apply for "a COVID grant"?
