They have a legit looking website to book their 24/7 services that are not even 24/7 services. They told me my rug pick up and services for deep cleaning would be about $600 which is a ridiculous price, cost more than the actual rug. I should have seen the red flag when I was able to negotiate it down to $300.

They wanted me to zelle them the money but later sent a link so I paid it through the link. I should not have even paid for the service until I got my rug back. I am still waiting for my rug. I've called multiple phone numbers and they all go directly to voicemail and the one woman I've been talking to stopped answering her phone.

I don't know what else to do but report this business here. Do not trust them. There is also no address on the website. I rushed into this transaction without first thinking.
