She adds additional nonsensical charges out of nowhere to compensate for the fact that she doesn’t have a job.

She moonlights as a “business woman” and a “landlord” when she’s good at neither! She doesn’t make any money and can’t afford her mortgage, so she’ll make up stories of pity so she can afford her mediocre, decaying apartment despite being nearly sixty years old. She is deeply envious of any woman doing better than her, who is younger than her, who lives a better life than her. She is deeply misogynistic and has a chip on her shoulder from her mommy issues. She is psychotic and lashes out to compensate for the fact that she has no direction in life and has accomplished nothing in her old age. She is a truly pathetic soul that is driven by greed and hatred.
