Ovation properties - madera apartments. Property manager I am having insane issues with. YVONNE WERNER. Charged us damage charges that were false in the amount of $2,500 and now for a second round of $2k las vegas nevada

Thank you for all you do.

My issue is with OVATION PROPERTY at Madera apartments.

My room mate and I have resided in their property for over 13 years. Not necessarily by choice but

by the trappings the property manger created for us through false reporting to credit beuros false damage charges. This was not clear to me , untill we finally managed to move out by paying the $2,500 in damages she reported. Thankfully I came up with the money to pay it and move out.

This same insane woman , also sent another invoice for $1,900 in damages. FYI - We are grown adults and we don't go around damaging apartments.

This time , I was prepared and I had the " walk out ", paperwork signed and verified my the assistant manager Brandon and one of the leasing agents -Victoria, showing no damages. I also had taken out renters insurance ,with liberty mutual just in vase.

I sent the invoice of $1,900 to liberty mutual with the walk out document and 14 photos and they ended up paying $500 in acceptable fees and they informed her basically her claim is bogus.

This past week this insane and deviant woman reported another false claim to NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS , after the insurance company settled with her and the man who handles account receivables -MR.GARETH.

On another point, this same lady - Yvonne Werner, attempted to evict us illegally not to mention unethically ,

during the pandemic shut down, by lying to the court , stating that she never received the CDC declaration form that prevents evictions. The first lower court ruled on her behalf, basically because they are either corrupt or they did not do their due deligence.

I apealed the case with the Higher court by paying a $250 fee and won our case. I suppose this d**n a*s has forgotten we live in a digital age and everything is tracked.

With the help of Nevada legal services , We provided all documents proving their guilt. If she had succeeded in evicting us, both us and ovation property would have lost over $13,000 in housing assistant funding.This idiot still works for Ovation Properrty.UNREAL.

Finally this unbelevable woman managed to illegally evict several of my neighbors. There was an elderly lady, with 2 sons , one of which is disabled and 2 lovely cats, I helped through the court system to stay in her rightful apartment for 30 days more while like the rest of us, she was waiting for her funding. Unfortunately she still managed to evict the lady, by not providing a second eviction notice and lying to the court about it.

I have had such a hard time reconciling what happened to that lady and it breaks my heart. She could be any of our grandmothers.

I personally have never encountered such evil. May the forces of good be with us.

Stay the hell away from Ovation Properties, is my advice. Clearly, who ever is the boss(s) of this company must be ok with rogue propety managers. like this vindctive person.
