OverDrive They are spying on me without consent from me Garfield Heights Ohio

Hello! The company OverDrive is spying on me because the app "Sora, by OverDrive Education" (or I'll say "Sora" as a shorter way) is trying to look at my things. So what happened was that on Oct 2024, I keep getting notifications about my IT has access to my location even though, I never gave access to them and it keeps spamming the same thing everyday. I tried turning off my location but they keep spamming. I tried to turn off my notifications but they keep turning it back on and continues spamming. I even contacted support to them but they won't resolve it. I seen other people's device with the Sora app installed and continues like this. So they are trying to look at my personal info without consent (this is a guess from me), they are looking at my games what I am doing, looking at my emails, or even looking at the videos I am watching (such as schoolwork). This is the problem I am concerned right now and as of today's date, they are continuing to spam the same notifications. So this is why I am here to report it in here
