Oxygen Concentrator Repair Plus - Stole $2100 piece of equipment; sold a "new" concentrator that broke in 2 days/ang again 3 weeks quite working compleletely Las Vegas Nevada

I am end stage emphysema and I rely on an oxygen concentraator 24 /7    In earlier years I required 5ltre pm machines which Medicare suppled free of charge.  However, as my condition got worse,, I required a 10 leter per minute machines.  The equipkment the Medicare supplied delivered was so old and worn out I had 3 machines breakdown inside of onne month..  To solve the problem, I bought a new oc new for cash $2100.  Because my life depends on this machine and I do not feel confortab le with the 15 year old equipment Medicare next supplied, I bought a 2nd machine from OCRPlus so my reqular equipment could be bench tested to be sure everything was operatiing properly.  I paid $1300 for equipment wihich came wqith a 3 year warranty and was guaranteed 24 hour emergency service should there be a problem.  I have 2 live witnessses tHAT WERE present when these terms were laid out.   His equipment only produces less than 50% of oxygen of my standard machine and was promised to have my equipment back in 2-3 weeks.
